Tommaso is a neurodistinct individual pursuing the mission to improve real world conditions for enabling sensory and cognitive wellbeing in everyday day environments. Tommaso is a graduate of the architectural association in London and holds an EMBA from ESCP Business School, his work focuses on understanding how to leverage social and digital innovations in organizational and environmental transformations to create the conditions for brain capital to thrive by ensuring sensory and cognitive wellbeing. Prior funding NeuroSive He has been a participant in the first working group at D^3 at Harvard mapping best practices for developing equitable AI adoption use cases , and guest lectured at Harvard graduate school about the impact of transformative innovation in built environment. His research and work has been featured in international professional journals and publications concerning NeuroSive research interests and practices.
Kelsey Burhans

As a dedicated proponent of impactful, ethical, and inclusive technologies, Kelsey has worked with tech-driven social enterprise startups, academic and policy experts in AI/ML and digital transformation, and global organizations seeking to better serve underrepresented groups around the world. Her work focuses on creating innovative tech solutions which are thoughtfully designed to address complex systemic challenges and achieve meaningful impact. She holds a Fulbright Fellowship, Master in Design Engineering from Harvard University, and BA in Economics andInternational Affairs from Northeastern University, using her interdisciplinary background to bring together diverse stakeholder groups toward the goal of achieving widespread societal benefit through technological innovation.
Nicolette Carapellotti

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and ESCP Business School’s Executive MBA program, Nicolette brings a global, interdisciplinary perspective to venture building and strategic leadership. As a Founding Partner of 165 Ventures and a partner in various mission-driven ventures, she supports early-stage companies at the intersection of innovation, impact, and inclusive growth—particularly across health, sustainability, and education. Her background also includes significant experience in real estate development and the education sector.
Alessandro Morganti
Chief Research Officer
Alessandro Morganti, MD, PhDis a medical doctor and researcher specializing in healthcare design and neuroinclusive design. Holding a Ph.D. in Healthcare Design from Politecnico di Milano and Stanford University, his work focuses on creating inclusive environments that improve the wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals. He has developed evidence-based design strategies for neuroinclusive spaces, translating research into real-world impact.
Florencia Lopez Mainardi
Design Team
Flor is a digital product designer and illustrator with an MSc. in architecture.
She is experienced in driving user-centered design processes in neurodiversity sectors and proficient in creating compelling digital products from initial concepts to advanced prototypes, with a focus on usability and user experience. Flor has direct experience in accompanying processes of autonomy, occupational development and adaptation of environments according to neurodivergent profiles.
She enjoys leading interdisciplinary projects, designing visual educational materials, and coordinating therapeutic teams using her in-depth knowledge of the sensory, emotional, and social challenges faced by people with autism in adulthood.
